Borgata is thrilled to announce the opening of Borgata Baking Company on Friday, May 23 as the newest addition to its esteemed culinary lineup. Located inside The Retail Piazza, the Baking Company will offer savory and sweet items as a convenient option for guests on the go.
Borgata Baking Company will serve mouth-watering “sweets and eats” housemade by Borgata’s award-winning Executive Pastry Chef, Thaddeus DuBois. Guests may choose from classic desserts like Napoleons and Eclairs; fun pastries like Cake Pops, Whoopie Pies, and French Macarons; Pullman Sandwiches and warm breakfast pastries such as Cheesesteak Croissants; in addition fresh-pressed juices, gluten-free and sugar-free options. Borgata’s famed Gelato Bar will also relocate from The Metropolitan to the Baking Company.
