To say that the cocktails at Angeline, the newest addition to Borgata’s all-star culinary collection, are special is an understatement. The drinks at Michael Symon’s ode to classic Italian cuisine are complex, innovative, and, most importantly, super fun, all because of the expert mixologist who created the libations.
Bites are better with beer, especially when those bites are prepared by Borgata’s Excecutive Chef, Tom Biglan, and the beer is by Dogfish, the Delaware-based brewery that’s been brewing everything beer since 1995. Savor Borgata is proud to present Beer and Bites, a causal afternoon at Borgata’s Long Bar featuring Chef Biglan’s food and Dogfish’s signature ales, on Saturday, April 22.

Chef Aram, Executive Chef of Wolfgang Puck American Grille, explains that the pizza menu at Wolfgang Puck regularly changes depending on the season. For example, take the white pizza. “We will be adding asparagus to it for the spring starting next week,” Aram said. “The meatball pizza comes and goes and the smoked salmon pizza is always available, even if you don’t see it on the menu. The guests love that because they feel like it’s exclusive.”

The bar has hand selected a small batch of Patron tequila that’s been uniquely blended and aged in specific barrels. This authentically artisanal batch of Patron Anejo is never again to be replicated.
