|Rice Krispies Encrusted Stuffed French Toast│The Metropolitan
Yes, you read that correctly. This French toast is encrusted with Rice Krispies, stuffed with raspberry cream cheese, and served with pineapple jam and maple syrup.
|Lobster & Bacon Omelet│The Sunroom
Whole pieces of succulent Maine Lobster make this omelet by Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian our favorite – but please don’t tell the other chefs.
|Hanger Steak & Eggs│The Water Club In-Room Dining
When you’re in need of something hearty yet healthy, order the Hanger Steak with Egg Whites while lounging in bed at The Water Club. The dish comes with rosemary homefries and grilled tomatoes, but you can skip the homefries and substitute them for in-season fresh berries in vanilla broth or grilled grapefruit served warm or chilled.
|Breakfast Danish│Borgata Baking Company
Made for your tasting pleasure by none other than Borgata’s Executive Pastry Chef – and former White House pastry chef – Thaddeus DuBois.
|Superfood Wrap│Immersion Spa
This fiber and protein-packed wrap – quinoa, Heirloom tomatoes, baby arugula, green olives, avocado, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice – will leave you feeling satisfied, but not overly stuffed, as you lounge poolside 32 floors above sea level at Immersion Spa, staring out onto floor-to-ceiling views of the Atlantic Ocean.
|Carved Candied Slab of Bacon│Borgata Buffet
Not your average bacon. Candied slices of thick carved bacon – as many as you wish to devour.
|Large Fatburger with Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, & Egg│Fatburger at The Cafeteria
Fresh lean beef – never frozen – cooked-to-order however you want with whatever you want on it. When our night ends particularly late, we wake up and head to The Cafeteria to order a large Fatburger with cheddar cheese, bacon, and egg with a side of cheesy fat fries and a Maui-Banana shake. Sure, that all sounds pretty gluttonous, but it’s just enough comfort food to resurrect you from hangover-purgatory.
|Chicken Pad Thai with Extra Egg│Noodles of the World
Ask your server for extra egg to make this warm bowl of spicy-peanut noodles even more comforting.
