It’s no surprise that we love pasta at Borgata, and our guests do, too. In fact, one of our most popular seminars, Gnow Your Gnocchi, is returning on January 14, 2017 at Fornelletto. Lucky participants will spend an afternoon sipping on wine and tasting savory bites while they learn how to make homemade gnocchi in this hands-on class.
Fornelletto is home to one of Borgata’s favorite pasta dishes, Lobster Potato Gnocchi, featuring leek and a fennel-lobster suno. However, the restaurant isn’t the only one on our property serving up a delectable taste of gnocchi. Wolfgang Puck American Grille offers diners a delectable Ricotta Gnocchi, served with beef and pork bolognese, parsley, and pecorino romano cheese.
If you love gnocchi but are looking for other pasta options while visiting Borgata, you’re in luck. Chef Puck also offers his Agnolotti with five-cheese filling, sage, and truffle butter, along with Shrimp Risotto with porcini mushrooms and Italian parsley. At Fornelletto, diners can enjoy a variety of pasta delights, including Ravioli Del Plin with artichoke, spinach, and Montasio cheese, or Spaghetti Alla Chitarra with San Marzano tomatoes and beef meatballs.
Borgata’s The Metropolitan serves up two delicious pasta dishes. Try the Naples Pasta with grilled chicken and wild mushrooms, or Linguine Pomodoro with House-Made Meatballs. If you can’t decide on one type of pasta during your stay, visit the Borgata Buffet, where you’ll be able to try a variety of savory dishes. Or, head to the Marketplace, where you can purchase fresh cut Talluto’s pasta for a unique Atlantic City edible souvenir.
In other words, mangia!
