Even if there’s not an ounce of Irish blood in your bones, you can celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Borgata in the classic way: with libations. We’re providing our Borgata Blog readers with both drink recipes below for your own St. Patrick’s Day celebration. That’s some luck of the Irish for you!
Borgata Blarney Stone
- 3/4 ounce green creme de menthe
- 3/4 ounce white creme de cacao
- 3/4 ounce light cream
- Mint leaf (for garnish)
Add all ingredients and ice to a shaker. Shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a martini class and garnish with mint leaf.
- 1/3 shot Licor 43
- 1/3 shot green creme de menthe
- 1/3 shot Irish cream
Carefully layer the ingredients in a shot glass using a spoon to distribute evenly.
