There’s a whole lot more than the standard gin and tonic these days! Join renowned Chef, Food Network personality, and The Water Club’s lifestyle consultant Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian for an afternoon of small bites and gin pairing at Wolfgang Puck American Grille. The afternoon of sips and nibbles will take place on September 9 starting at 1PM.
This intimate event will explore the world of gin, and guests will learn how to partner culinary creations with different types of gin drinks. Several different gins will be explored, including:
Bluecoat: This refreshingly American spirit is crafted right in Philadelphia. It features organic juniper berry, American citrus peel, natural coriander seed, plus Angelica root. The finished product has a classic, citrusy finish.
Bombay Sapphire: An expertly-distilled blend of juniper berry, lemon peel, coriander, Angelica root, orris, licorice, almonds, and other botanicals provides a fresh, clean, and bright flavor for exceptional mixed drinks.
The Botanist: This small-bath handcrafted spirit has a highly distinctive and complex floral finish. Infused with 22 botanicals, this gin’s nose includes delicate menthol, apple mint, summer flowers, and aniseed undertones.
