Wolfgang has vegetarians covered at his Borgata restaurant. To start, go for the Spring Onion and Potato Soup, or the signature Truffle Potato Chips served with warm blue cheese sauce. Their legendary Truffled French Fries are a perfect choice, or their Preztels served with cherry mustard are great for a snack. The Mediterranean Platter is a vegetarian’s dream come true; it comes with hummus, baba ganoush, doma, olives, tabouleh, and warm pita. Our 24 hour quick service cafe has plenty of unique options for vegetarians. If you love grilled cheese, check out their Tomato and Goat Cheese or the Portobello and Provolone.
