Legendary chef Wolfgang Puck will be in Atlantic City this Saturday, August 11 for a Sunset Party at The Water Club’s Outdoor Pool. The Chef will be celebrating Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa’s 15th Birthday with a special Pan-Asian BBQ, complete with his signature cocktails. The event kicks off at 7PM.
Chef Puck will prepare Chinese style Berkshire Farms Baby Back Ribs, Spicy Grilled Pork Sausage “Bahn Mi” Hoagies, Curried Chicken Kabob, Armenian Lamb “Shish” Kabob, Spicy Thai Shrimp Kabob, and Szechwan Grilled Wagyu Steak. On the side will be plenty of fresh summer sides, including Jersey Heirloom Tomato Salad with Cucumbers and Feta Cheese, Thai Style Jersey Corn on the Cobb, Israeli Cous Cous Salad, and Napa Cabbage Cole Slaw.
At the bar, you’ll find the Garden of Eden (House Infused Tropical Sweet Tea Vodka | Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice | Mint), Peach Drunk Love (Bulleit Rye | Kimo Sabe Reposado | Grilled Peaches | White Peach Nectar | Jalapeño Syrup | Reed’s Extra Ginger Brew), and Dragon Fire Paloma (Sauza Hornitos Reposado | Passion Fruit Nectar | Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice | Dehydrated Fresno), along with glasses of wine.
