Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will present Savor Borgata Weekend on Friday, Nov. 9 and Saturday, Nov. 10, featuring a variety of events leading up to Savor Borgata – The Ultimate Food Experience, a unique food festival taking place on Saturday evening highlighting Borgata’s Master Chefs. The weekend will include interactive and hands-on cooking experiences with Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa’s roster of celebrity chefs.
A place to eat, drink and mingle with Borgata’s star-studded chefs, The Ultimate Food Experience is a one-of-a-kind food festival celebrating Borgata’s Master Chefs and the property’s variety of culinary offerings. Enjoy live music at The Event Center among celebrity chefs Geoffrey Zakarian (The Water Club at Borgata), Michael Symon (Angeline), Michael Schulson (Izakaya by Michael Schulson), Bobby Flay (Bobby Flay Steak), Wolfgang Puck (Wolfgang Puck American Grille), Greg and Marc Sherry (Old Homestead Steak House), as well as Executive Chefs Tom Biglan (Borgata) and Thaddeus DuBois (Borgata Pastry).

Borgata will present a program of signature events throughout the weekend that will celebrate the individual talent of each participating chef. On Friday, Savor Borgata Weekend will kick-off signature dinners designed to excite even the most experienced palates. “The Japanese Whisky BBQ” features Philadelphia chef extraordinaire Michael Schulson as he prepares a unique, dinner menu paired with award-winning Suntory Japanese Whiskies. Visitors can also join Borgata Executive Chef Tom Biglan as he showcases his talents during “Chef’s Table at Borgata Buffet,” featuring family-style favorites and signature cuts of meat. On the same evening, At the same time, join Master Sommelier and music aficionado, Rob Bigelow, as hetakes guests on an interactive journey to discover which wines pair best with songs from The Boss to Bon Jovi and beyond at “Vibes and Vino.”
On Saturday morning, learn how you can use every day foods in your kitchen to create a spa day at home, while indulging in light brunch bites, during “Pantry Pampered Food Facials at Immersion Pool.” Afterwards, Borgata will host a series of intimate classes and engaging cooking demonstrations, starting with “In the Kitchen with Executive Chef Tom Biglan” and later a sneak peek into how renowned Chef and Food Network personality, Wolfgang Puck, creates some of his most celebrated recipes at “Wolfgang Puck Demo.” Take a “Tour of the Taste Buds” at Noodles of the World (N.O.W.) with Asian inspired culinary selections created by Chef Situ. Meanwhile at “Playing with Pinot Noir,” red wine lovers can enjoy the many facets of Pinot Noir from Europe through California to Oregon and beyond with Master Sommelier Robert Bigelow. If you have more of a sweet tooth, join Executive Pastry Chef Thaddeus DuBois for a hands-on class exploring different kinds of gingerbread cookies at “Sugar and Spice.”
Savor Borgata Restaurant Week will return beginning Sunday, Nov. 4, through Friday, Nov. 9. Throughout the week, Borgata will offer $39 three-course tasting menus at Angeline by Michael Symon, Wolfgang Puck American Grille and Izakaya Modern Japanese Pub, as well as $65 three-course tasting menus at Bobby Flay Steak and Old Homestead Steak House. The Metropolitan and Noodles of the World (N.O.W.) will offer $19 prix-fixe lunch menus as well.
