Old Homestead restaurateurs Greg and Marc Sherry prepared an exclusive dinner prepared by Executive Chef Romeo DiBona for Savor Borgata Guests. The sold-out meal was paired with with Chappellet wines for a memorable experience, perfect for all culinary fans.
The first course featured a Roasted Lobster Tail with yellow tomato, fennel, and thyme, which was paired with Chappellet Chardonnay. The second course was a frisee and comice pear salad with dried cherries, walnuts, and cherry dressing, paired with Chappellet Mountain Cuvée.
For the third course, Old Homestead presented a Filet Mignon Rossini With pan seared foie gras, and madeira jus, paired with Chappellet Signature Cabernet. The final course was a Drunken Apple Strudel with vanilla ice cream and Grand Marnier, paired with Sauternes.
