Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa debuted its new $12 million sports bar and book, Moneyline, and complementing cocktail Bar and lounge, Level One, with a grand opening event on Friday 6/28 that included an appearance by DJ Diesel himself, Shaquille O’Neal.
The celebration continued all weekend with Moneyline officially open for business on Saturday. Guests could “Meet The Pros” across the hall at Borgata’s Signature Room with ticketed meet-and-greet appearances by former celebrity athletes Mike Schmidt, Jennie Finch, Brent Celek, Doc Gooden, Keith Byars, and Lawrence Taylor.
Designed with the sports enthusiast in-mind, the 8,000-square-foot Moneyline Bar & Book at Borgata features a 40-foot wide LED video wall and six betting windows, perfect for catching all of the action in Atlantic City. A 35-foot-long bar features 19 built-in slot machines where you can grab a seat in a flex-back gaming stool. Or, choose one of several high-top tables with self-charging stations, plush U-shaped booths, or banquette seating in the VIP lounge.
However, Moneyline is more than a sports book. It’s Borgata’s destination bar experience, with a selection of over 20 craft beers and complete with a dining program by Executive Chef Tom Biglan featuring mouth-watering items like Braised-Sirloin Chili, Giant Bavarian Pretzel with Stone Ground Mustard, Fried Fish Tacos, and the signature Moneyline Burger.
