For one night only during Savor Borgata 2019, Wolfgang Puck American Grille celebrated the dishes that made Wolfgang’s flagship restaurant, Spago, an epicurean destination. The Spago Pop-Up, which took place on Friday, November 8, provided guests with an exclusive opportunity to try some of Chef Puck’s signature dishes from the popular restaurant.
Spago is known for its’ iconic, market-driven menus and exceptional level of service. For dinner guests can choose from a seasonal menu that explores the best of the west. Spago has locations in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Istanbul, Maui, and Singapore, making the Borgata pop-up the only opportunity guests on the East Coast had to enjoy this special dining experience.
