At Savor Borgata, Iron Chef Bobby Flay created a special lunch menu for guests at a sold-out culinary event. “Lunch with Bobby” was held at Bobby Flay Steak, the chef’s modern twist on the traditional steakhouse situated right across from Moneyline Bar & Book at Borgata. Fans had the opportunity to take a personal photo with the Chef before the meal began.
Lunch started with Burrata served with cremini mushrooms, mustard green frills, and white truffle. It was paired with Melville Estate Chardonnay, Santa Barbara, 2015. It was followed by a Sciatatielli pasta, prepared with Mediterranean red prawns, garlic, tomato, and anchovy bread crumbs. This was served with a Melville Estate Pinot Noir Sta Rita Hill, 2015. Dessert was a Lemon Custard Tart with a pistachio crust and pomegranate marscapone creamy. This was paired with Melville Estate Syrah, Sta Rita Hill, 2015.
At Bobby Flay Steak, the traditions of classic steakhouse are combined with custom menu items that celebrate the region. Designer David Rockwell brings the whole experience together by using wine displays, lobster tanks, and dramatic wood ceiling panels to create a truly delicious dining experience.
