Guests are in for a treat with The Metropolitan’s breakfast specialties, including Chicken & Donut, their signature Breakfast Sandwich served on a croissant, a Classic Benedict, the popular Huevos Rancheros, and, of course, Biscuits & Gravy. If you’re looking for a more healthy way to kick off the day, there’s an Egg White Frittata (with plenty of veggies), a Farro & Egg Bowl with mushrooms, a mixed-berry smoothie, plus fresh fruit and oatmeal.
Fresh from the griddle, try The Metropolitan’s Buttermilk Pancakes (add on peach compote, apple cinnamon, or strawberries for a real treat), Cinnamon Swirl French Toast with lemon ricotta vanilla whipped cream, or the signature Metro: 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, plus your choice of breakfast meat. There’s also the Greek Omelet (with feta cheese, black olives, spinach, and tomato, a Western Omelet with ham and onions, plus the Steak & Eggs (an 8 oz. NY Strip served with 2 eggs, any style).
