Borgata hosted it’s second annual St. Baldrick’s Foundation head shaving event on March 15, 2019, benefiting the organization that raises funds towards childhood cancer research. Held at the Signature Room at Borgata, the event raised over $27,000 towards conquering childhood cancer.
St. Baldrick’s is having one of their signature “head shaving” events at Borgata on Friday, March 15 from 10-6. All Shavees can join Borgata anytime that day at The Signature Room, with easy access from surface parking. No appointments are necessary, but Shavees can confirm an appointment with a Spa Concierge by calling 609-317-7555.
This year, the Garden State Equality Walk has expanded, and includes events in Atlantic City, Asbury Park, and Montclair. Borgata is pleased to be a sponsor of the 2018 event, which brings hundreds together to support New Jersey LGBTQ advocacy and education.
Borgata celebrated 15 years as Atlantic City’s premiere resort destination with an outdoor food festival designed for all ages on July 7. Hosted by Iron Chefs Michael Symon and Geoffrey Zakarian, Borgata Birthday Bash featured live music by Lost in Paris and The American Bombshells, as well with plenty of family friendly games and activities.
Cabot Creamery is sponsoring a the “Put A Bad Beat on Hunger” No Limit Texas Holdem Poker Tournament at Borgata on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11am for the benefit of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, Southern Branch. The goal is to raise funds and generate awareness of the life-saving work the FoodBank does for South Jersey communities
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the largest private funder of children’s cancer research, will host one of its signature head-shaving events at Borgata on April 27th where team members, guests, and friends will shave their heads to raise money for lifesaving childhood cancer research.
On Saturday, June 3, the one and only Sandy Beach treated hundreds of loyal fans of both the Atlantic City GLBT Alliance and our OUT at Borgata program to an evening of bawdy laugh-out-loud comedy as she hosted Borgata’s first ever Pride Bingo event. The event also featured special drag performances by former Miss’d America contestants, all while supporting the Greater Atlantic City GLBT Alliance‘s Miss’d America Pageant. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails made especially for Bingo and won real Borgata prizes like overnight stays, dinners, spa treatments, tickets to see OneRepublic, and a $1,000 Borgata Gift Card.
