Giovanni is a 15th generation wine maker, specializing in Pinot Grigio. He personally guided guests through a 4-course tasting menu paired with wine, sharing his story and passion for veno.

Chef Luca Bizzari prepared five small plates paired with wine during a special event that highlighted the cuisine of Greece and Italy. A Taste of the Mediterranean presented Chef Luca’s carefully curated dishes, that whisked diners away to a sun-soaked vacation, without leaving Atlantic City!
